That was my first quilt. Saw a pattern for "Quilt in a Day" and thought, "Hey, I could do that." Three weeks later I was laying it out after working at least 4 hours a day on it. It was a month before it was quilted and finally done. I can't imagine where she came up wit that name. Now..........if you want to do a quilt in a REAL day, go to the 10-minute block tutorial on the "tutorial section" of this board. I made a baby quilt yesterday in less than 8 hours that called for 10" blocks. It came out too big, so I'd cut 8" blocks instead for a baby, but fast? Oh my goodness, yes.
