Thanks for your input, this is great fun to actually toss out a problem and get lots of answers. Everyone is so nice here. I know what you are talking about, don't really think I am pulling the material. I do, however, suspect the biggest problem is the operator. It is a whole new experience for me. I have sewn for many years, on several machines, but not this new electronic type. For instance, my old Super Elegance will sew through anything. And I have learned to sew very slowly, that helps somewhat. Still feel maybe there is something I am missing. I may talk to a local sewing machine repair shop, that has kept my old one cleaned and running for years. Just kind of hibernating right now, due to the nasty weather and living in the boonies:)
