Carrie(this suggestion from a teacher) give your teen that would be home a choice: specific housecleaning jobs or go "shadow" your sibling for the day and be on his/her best behavior or they'll spend their weekend cleaning. Hey you might decide to send them both to the same school next year so that child needs to check the school out.
