I totally agree with you on the civil war tribute block of the month, the instructions were wrong or missing parts on several blocks. I had to buy more fabric on one of the blocks because the quilt shop didn't give me enough. (Which I don't think was right to charge me extra.) when I talked to them about it they just laughed about it. I thought I was an experienced quilter but this one is very hard. I'm almost tempted to finish it, drag it behind my car and then burn it in the yard to relieve my frustrations. I found a website with corrected instructions only after I had figured it out on my own. Whoever made this bom should have checked the diredtions a little better before they published it.
