I like a lot of different types of quilt. I prefer to work on modern quilt designs and fabrics most of the time. I enjoy doing simple little panel quilts for project linus as well. I love some traditional patterns like irish chain and dresden plates. I think the unifying factor in quilts I prefer is lots of restful space for the eye. 1930's style quilts also seem to appeal to me for this reason.
The only quilts I don't tend to love are super traditional applique quilts and civil war repro quilts. I am not an earth tones kinda gal though so I think that plays a big part in why I'm not drawn to those.
