I saw Quilt in a Pennys sale flyer I liked found a pattern and made my own! my avatar quilt!!
My story is very similar. I wanted a quilt for a new bedroom set and didn't like the store bought ones. I had made clothes during my teen an early adult years so didn't think it would be very hard. Simply Quilts and the library got me started and my enabler hubby keeps upgrading my toys and helping pick out fabric.
