No, it's not quilted. We take the tops to our QOV meeting. They are sent out to a LA quilter, returned for binding and sent on. It will br bound with the red. So technically, I'm done with my part unless I get it back for binding. So I'm counting it done-that's my story and I'm sticking to it, lol. QOV is Quilts of Valor
