That is exactly what we have done for our Project Linus Day at the Post. If you use fat quarters, two strips cut at 2.5" will give you the equivalent WOF that the original pattern calls for. I have eleven kits available, and there are even some smaller pieces included - - the goal is x-amount of strip lengths. In the case of the original pattern that would be 1600 inches
The beauty of this pattern is it does use pre-cut jelly rolls, but those of us who enjoy using up our "scraps" can use the pattern also. <wave>
