If the suggestions already given don't work, Prewash fabric of the same as the blocks that bled, turn under and iron seam allowance, (I would use 3/8" as 1/4" is too difficult for me to iron) then blind stitch, or ladder stitch both squares over top of ruined squares and requilt each square.
