Hi I am new and just joined to share with you my meat ball recipe which is wonderful.The secret is a can of chopped spinach.
Drain it really well, add to about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs of ground beef along with about 1/2 cup of grated parm cheese, chopped garlic cloves (two) as well as some garlic salt, (about 1/2 T), about 2 T dried basil, 1 t oragano, 2 eggs beaten, 1/2 cup or slightly more of bread crumbs.

I have made this so long I eye ball it. My Aunt made this to get veggies in her children. I don't think you can use too much cheese or herbs along with the spinach. Try these measurement first and then adjust to your liking.
Then don't share the recipe with your brother. :P
