Love the room. have you tried the sewing machine in the corner at a angle where you would sit in the corner looking into the room. you then would have a window on either side of you with lots of light.Maybe keep batting or some plastic bins with thread or acessories in them in the cradle. I think you have lots of possiblities to have fun with. Maybe look up pictures posted here before to get more ideas from.I love the room though,even now unfinished. Have fun with it.You deserve it.
