For everyone following the fabric strips thread

http://www.quiltingboard.com/posts/list/2075.page

from Lori, the vendor we were talking about-

I just wanted to let you know that all my fabrics are 1st's. They are not mill ends or 2nd.'s. I have found a new mill and supplier. I have hundreds of yards still to list, most name brands.
The only reason that some of my fabrics are 24 to 30 in.'s is that I can't manage the full width, so I have them cut in half so that I can work with them. Most of the time, full bolts from the mill are just to heavy and big to work with.

I want to thank you and everyone else on the quilting board.

If anyone from the quilting board purchases fabric from me this month, I will give them an additional 5% off any and all material. Including sale items. There is only 1 thing that they have to do to get the discount. They HAVE to let me know they are from the quilting board or else, I won't know to give them the DISCOUNT !!!!!!
They can let me know through Ebay or by email [email protected]

Thanks,
Lorri

When I asked if I could post it, her reply was great - I need to find a fabric cutting guy!

You may copy and post to the board.
You are going to laugh about the cutting. I have a secret weapon and no one else can have or use it. It is my husband. He does all my folding, cutting and packaging. He is pretty meticulous when it comes to cutting the fabric and making sure to be as true to the grain as possible.
Thanks,
Lorri

Can I copy and post to the board? Also, what method do you use to cut the strips? They seem much more true-to-grain than I see anywhere else. Us quilters do notice the little things like that, and if you read the thread, we are a bit irreverant, but fun people.

note to admin- feel free to move if in wrong place
