I have been toying with the idea of putting a mini fridge in my sewing room. Not sure if I want to take up fabric space for it though.
I don't have either one. I set a timer in the kitchen for 2 hours and when it goes off I then I go in there to reset it and get me a snack. I learned this method the hard way. I was working on a quilt I really liked and when my mom said I should get up and move around,I told her I was fine, didn't need to get up. All she said was you'll learn and shake her head.I ended up sewing for 7 hours with 1 bathroom break. But the next morning I could barely get out of bed. My back felt like 10 semi-trucks had run over me. I definately learned the hard way. I started learning the easy way-taking my mom's advice!
I have to get up ever so often. My behind get paralized from sitting too long.
