I think that all government agencies could cut back. Have you seen how the government has grown? The Dept. of Energy has too many employees and yet our energy problems are still there. Now that the president has instituted the "green movement" what agency has been created for that. Dept of Education-our schools still have problems. So what is different with the USPS?
