I decided to do the same. My DH is always asking me give my quilts to our friends GC or a neighbor. I'm not sure the young girls always appreciate the work involved. Glad I got started though my friend's daughter is haveing a boy & a girl
These little quilts are very time consuming and they get expensive. I used some fleece ( from a sale table) that I pre washed, then quilted on my machine.
Your guilt is truly a keepsake beautiful and the baby will lucky to receive it. Nice work. Do you hand quilt? what do you use for backings?
