I seem to have that same problem with my kitchen basters-My DH or DS's always find a use for them in the garage (ususally having to do with oil), and I have to keep replacing them. Of course, I don't KNOW they took it until I reach in the drawer to USE it!! Luckily, I have made sure there are several pairs of cheap scissors in several strategic locations, so mine are left alone!!
