My roomie is the best.. and in return .. I got him a pair of the short, sharp pointed Fiskars soft touch scissors for his own use. So for Christmas he got me two pair of scissors.. one of the Soft touch shears, and a less expensive pair to cut out templates. I also have a couple of pair of ginghers that he would never touch.. and he replaces all the blades on my rotary cutters for me. (Now he's watching for a pair of Fiskars soft touch pinking shears for my birthday!!) He's a professional cook and knows how important the right (and very sharpest) tools are.
