Does anyone know what agency to contact to get quilts to women's shelters? Contact your local Police Department first of all. Or check with your local Health Department or United Way. United Way sometimes funds these places. Or ask a hospital volunteer. When I was at our local hospital for years, I had a lot of strange requests and did my best to find the answers.
