I have 2 pair of Ginghers that I use for paper and such since my (used to be) teenage son used them to cut speaker wire. Of course I couldn't cut fabric with them anymore. Believe it or not. 6 months ago, my son bought me a brand new pair of Ginghers. He is now 42 years old. He said he figured he owed them to me after ruining 2 pair. LOL
