I love oriental fabrics, and motifs. I created this quilt to hang in my foyer.
It was raw edged applique, then I embellished with free motion embroidery. I desided to quilt the fans with echo, and to repeat the border triangles in the center.
Wow, that is beautiful. I have a friend in my quilting group that does oriental quilts. She would love that.
