I guess there will be several of us in the "over our head" spot! The quilt is beautiful! I think as we make the individual blocks it will be easy to see the mistakes, but when completed it will be beautiful. I made a quilt for my daughter Heather for Christmas and I joked it was amazing what the little piece of binding did because as a completed quilt it was so adorable and the little things that I knew were wrong only gave it personality.
We are keeping our fingers crossed and saying a few prayers regarding the loan. It will be so neat to have Heather next door. My daughter Meghan (the bride in the picture) is 5 hours away and we both hate it too!

I haven't gotten my book yet and haven't decided on specific colors but I'm getting lots of ideas from everyone else's posts. So keep talkin.
Roxanne, I already had dibs on the way over my head spot, lol, I'll scoot over though so we both can fit
Welcome to all the newcomers, I am trying to not get too excited about this, I need to finish what's in the works first.
Paula, your daughter is pretty. I hope the loan drama gets a happy ending soon. I wish I lived next door to my mom....she is five hours away though.
