I can't say for sure, but it looks to me like the top left corner is off a bit. Since it is not too far into the quilt, I might take that apart and trim off the piano key strip and see if that makes a difference. Otherwise, I would leave it as is and finsih it up. Anyone cuddling under it isn't going to measure it.
