That's my biggest issue with the older Bernina I use now...there's no way to change the pressure on the feet....I just bought a used Husqvarna Viking Sapphire 830....and once again I can change settings on it. You know since I posted this I can't find the pressure setting on my Bernina....I have a 350PE....I don't think it has one....I was so looking forward to messing with this too....I'll have to give the LQS where I bought it a call...I've only had this machine for 3 mths....I may just have to live with my puckering after all.
