not like the ball at all...I use a ball chair and that cushion was nothing like this...I think their original concept was to replicate that, but it makes you feel like you are going to fall off...It also makes you sit higher than normal so if you can not adjust your chair height, your sewing machine will no longer at the correct height for your neck and shoulders!
No, I mean in the way of "creating" instability and causing your muscles to work more. They don't feel anything alike to me either.
FWIW, I used to sit on my yoga ball 100% of the time when I was on the computer. Started because I would "bounce" my son to sleep. After that was no longer necessary I started slacking off. My belly totally shows it. :oops: and :lol:
