I am looking at the instruction manual and it definitely has directions for a Touch and Sew or Slant-o-matic on pages 8 and 9 and then for a Vertical needle zig zag machine on pages 10 and 11. Perhaps someone else on here has experience with this type of buttonholer.
Mine are the black ones. Seems yours is a different style and color; so, most likely it is the correct one.
