Unfortunately, most toll free numbers only work inside the US. You are in Canada which is probably why it isn't working for you. I have never ordered from marshalls but I have heard they do not respond well to electronic business, that you are much better off calling them.
And also some toll free numbers will only work for certain areas, like maybe Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
