This started because I was going to send strips from an auction to someone on the board. I thought they were a strange combination and she was happy to get anything to practice quilting. Well I sewed half squares and really liked how they looked. I dug out my blocks from an exchange and thought they looked good and on to a quilt top finally being started. I have picked out borders for the front and fabric with borders for the backing.
The top borders are a funky fabric I had no idea how to use it and I think it has found a spot.
