I've done this in the past, couldn't find my Teflon sheet. Now I use parchment paper during my fusing project in place of telfon sheets. Yes, it's the roll of paper found in the grocery store with waxed paper or in a baking section. Nothing seems to stick to it. I also use it when I am preparing to seal things with self-sealing laminating sheets.
