I snipped a little bit of the topper fabric at the inside corner (not much) so that I could pull the fabric straight as I was sewing the binding and that leaves a little bit of fabric to fold over & hand stitch down when you hand stitch the binding to the back. The binding gave me problems. So, if you have any suggestions on how to make that easier...

Hi Debbie,
Your topper looks great. I do see what you mean about the
problem you had when you turned the corner, but it really looks
great overall. I think I mentioned earlier that my suggestion
would be to clip the corner, and I also suggested making a bias
binding. I will get the instructions for doing that to you, or I will
post it here. However, the link someone gave to the tutorial for
binding a quilt with corners was very good. She, too, cut the
corners and that allows you to stretch the quilt and sew it as
though it were just a straight line. I hope this helps. Your topper
really does look great, thought.
Have a Blessed Day!
Marcia
