Overall I am so glad that I am unblocked but also heartbroken at how rude I have been treated because I thought they should know about my damaged items. I have learned my lesson to never contact them and always leave positive feedback NO MATTER WHAT.
That is terrible!! If a seller is able to block you just because you left negative feedback, then feedback will mean nothing. I look at feedback when deciding to buy something, I want it to be the truth. Ebay should not allow that. Did he correct your problem (replace your damaged item)?
Hello,
I actually left him neutral feedback, he still did not replace my items or do anything about them. :( I usually look at feedback to when buying on ebay.
