Sounds like this is fairly normal between them.
They go to the Quilt Show in Paducah and the manager says the prices get so messed up that no one really knows what is going on. When they come back, they have prices criss crossed off and rewrote several times on the bolts so she charges what she thinks they really should be.
She's worked there for quite awhile it sounded like
(she was very chatty) so I'm hoping this is their version of "while the boss is away sale".
