Thanks to those who gave me suggestions for the border on this quilt. I gave my DMIL some blocks to embroider and then make a into a quilt. After finishing the blocks she gave them back to ME! She didn't want to make another quilt, so I put them together and then asked for help with the border. This is the completed quilt.
