I used 2 LAQ in our area and they both were different with their pricing. I had a hard time knowing the prices, not receiving a receipt, so it was hard to know.
Up front pricing is important. I use a Quilting Form, so you are able to price your quilt.
Because I know the recession is hard on everyone, I have priced my overall (pantographs)with the lighter side quilting more reasonable.
I use a computer, or free hand (6 yrs experience).
There are so many LAQ on the board, look them over, you can get to know them by reading their feedback. Look at the websites.
