no, mine are grown and for the most part are doing good, I'm dreading the just turned 18 yo daughter leaving home... you reach a point where you look at them and wonder WHERE ALL THAT TIME WENT!

Oh ant to keep on topic... boys like the frayed ragged jean look, and from experience, deep down those "too cool" dudes really melt when Mom makes them a quilt...

I know what you mean too Colisa; I have an 18 yr old daughter as well. But she is my first, and will be my first to go. I'll just schedule my nervous breakdown for later. I hope you are right; I'd love to see teenage son melt.

I have been told Echoes that flannel is bad for shrinking. So I was planning on pre-washing it, especially since I am putting it with already washed denim. You must have allergies to cotton or polyester 'fuzz'!
