Sorry to hear you have to have surgery soon. Wishing you speedy recovery. I love your color and fabrics choices. Really lovely quilt top. Could you show photos of a few of the blocks uncut? I have tried to figure out the individual blocks but I get a bit confused.
If you search this forum there are loads of links and tutorials on this wonderful pattern, but I am attaching one of my favourite patterns that I teach my newbie quilters with as is is so clear and easy to understand IMO.
