I had the same thing happen, I too took a break and walked out and told my husband we needed to invent a fix for this, after all the machine stops when you are winding the bobbin and it gets full, so why not when it gets empty. DUHHHH
It truly is not our fault since we can't see the area just sewn behind the machine.
Very Frustrating.
