A quick-pieced pineapple block is one of the classes I teach....believe, me...I've made enough of them...it will be lovely....Pineapples lend themselves well to a scrappy look. I'd suggest just playing with your blocks after they are finished to arrange them in the most pleasing way. Your eye will tell how to do it so the colors are balanced.
