I think what made me the saddest, was the idea that she was relegated to working alone in the garage now if she wants to continue quilting. That area looked so sterile and uninspiring.
If my child said those things to me, and/or pushed for me to be involved in a show like that I would have told her flat out, do not expect to be invited over often, as every time I look at you from now I will remember what you put me through
