Julie, you could if you wanted to use a toning fabric for the corners - you'd get a more 'separate block' effect rather than the all over OBW but it might be nice. Did you see Karen K's pink and b & w one? It gave an effect of cathedral windows - she set every alternate block with 4 OBW segments and 4 toning segments - hang on, I'll look for the link... here it is - the pink one at the bottom
