Carol- I grind up bologna, sweet gherkin pickles and add Miracle Whip. About a 1 1/2 lb. of bologna, 1 jar- about 12 oz. size and glop on the MW until it looks good. I get this about once every couple of years so its a delicacy.
I also made an Italian love Cake for dessert. Couldn't believe how expensive 2 lbs. of ricotta is! Cost about $10 for the cake. But it was very yummy- another thing we haven't had in about 10 years.
