Actually, while I don't blame you a bit.....could we not have them dig anywhere, please? We had a situation where the state decided that a local reservoir, that is spring fed, was a hazard because it was an earthen dam. So, they drained over half the lake, which disrupted the water table and dried up a bunch of wells. Argh!
