I know alot of you guys are getting those card board bolts and the special plastic bolts, but i got a question for you. I have gotten a couple of bolts at walmart but they wont let me have anymore and I have decided I really like the look of them on my shelf. I have tons of packing cardboard and I know that they are probably not acid free so here comes my question:
Could I just wrap my carboard with saran wrap and then put the fabric on them? That would block the fabric from the acid I think, just was wondering if there is a reason why fabric can't touch saran wrap.
I really want to get my room organized but am too impatient to get a bolt or two at a time and hubby says no more money on this kind of stuff(I keep changing my mind on how I want to organize and he doesn't want to drop more into it right now.... I can slip the saran wrap in hee hee)
Thanks for your help guys.
