It's so wonderful to see another OHCE member on here!! I belong to Grady County- SW District. Have you been to the state meetings? My group made rag quilts with 4th graders out of denim. We also received an award and an Ambassador grant for that project. Bibs for veteran's homes or nursing homes, tote bags for DHS Foster kids- another project we are invilved with, hot pads, there are lots of uses for recycled denim.
