we live about 20 miles outside of Charleston, WV and have "city water" piped in from the Elk River - somtimes the clorine is so strong it burns your eyes - all of the water from wells around here is "red", having of sulfur in it and has to be filtered before using for just about anything - I'm trying to locate a spring that my gransparents used when they first moved to this area just gardening, etc. For those of you who are with Netflix you may find the movie "Blue Gold: World Water Wars" interesting - you'd be surprised how the world water is being used.
