I agree! Great series.

The Miss Julia series by Ann B. Ross is a lot of fun. Anything by Cassandra King, Dorothea Benton Frank, and Elizabeth Berg would be a good read.

If you like fiction about women supporting other women/good friends helping others through a crisis, try Kris Radish. One of my favourites!
