I think they need reminding what "Good Will" is. It's the same here in Australia. My best friend often scores great bargains but wasn't impressed by the one near me. Said it was very expensive.
I don't shop goodwill as that's where a lot of my clothes came from as a teen. Didn't stop my daughters, though they have changed a lot. There are a lot of new or near new things now. I'm not a snob and will gladly wear things given to me by people I know.
