Its nice to see you back Bebe. Best of luck to you with the weight loss...you need to stop saying diet...it has to be a lifestyle change. Thats what I keep telling DH...he needs to lose quite a bit. I keep trying..he is not ready to change his eating habits though. Sounds like you are on the right track! Way to go on the great start!
