I sent out e-mails to five of our customers that we know live in Christchurch, expressing our concern. I did hear back from one of them; she said there is no water, or electricity, and their toilets don't work. She said that she has gone to live with a friend who at least has power. They are bringing water in by truck. And she said she is glad that it is summer because they had to dig a hole in the backyard to use as an outhouse.
