Ripley is about half way between Charleston and Parkersburg.

I've been a juried exhibitor as the MSACF for over 20 years...I'll look for you. My sil and I are in the Heritage Exhibitor's section selling and doing mini-classes....
Oh...I see you'll be there in October...the MSACF is in July. BTW....I love the mini preprinted whole cloths...I've been a hand-quilter for over 30 years and just started fmq last year. The minis have been wonderful practice pieces for me.
