Yea, I had a friend who found out later in life that he and his siblings (and then his boys) all had Long QT which is a heart arythmia problem. He lost a younger sister to that..just died in her sleep. They never knew for years what had happened. Now they recommend medicine, and possibly pace makers for all of them.
I think macaroni would be a sure winner! They could add something to it and probably have the mac and cheese for at least two meals.
